Is it just me, or does 2016 seem to be flying by?   It’s June already, which means the weather is finally warming up, the sun is peeking out, the garden a tangled mass of flowers (just the way I like it!), and towns & villages across England are all planning craft fairs, fetes, you name it.

People born in June get the pearl as their birthstone.  To celebrate this timeless and classic fashion statement, I will be doing special features on pearls all month…so make sure you don’t miss any of my blog posts in June!

Yesterday I couldn’t resist seeing what my fellow Etsians had created using real and imitation pearls (more on the difference between the two later this month!)  Click here for a better look at my top picks for pretty pearl products.

Don’t forget that anyone born between May 21-June 21 is a Gemini, according to the Western Zodiac Calendar, so if you’re looking for the perfect gift why not consider a Gemini Morse Code Necklace with accents of Swarovski imitation pearls?
